How do I ensure the best results with your grooming products?

To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to follow the user manuals provided with each product. Additionally, using the products on clean, dry hair or skin can enhance performance. For the hair straightener and dryer, sectioning hair can also lead to more effective styling.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–7 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping.

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
